Sherry Elaine Chwalinski

of Morrilton, AR

May 12, 1961 - February 23, 2026

Sherry Elaine Chwalinski, age 64, of Morrilton, Arkansas, passed away on February 23, 2026.

Born on May 12, 1961, in Little Rock, Arkansas to Virginia Lee Tackett and David Lynn Boatman, Sherry lived a life filled with warmth, laughter, and love. She was known for her sweet smile and infectious laugh, which could brighten any room and lift the spirits of those around her.

Sherry devoted 36 wonderful years to her marriage with her beloved husband, Leo Chwalinski. Together they built a family that became her greatest joy and proudest accomplishment. She is survived by her children: Shannon Dennis (Jeff) of Winslow, Arkansas; David Gray of Mayflower, Arkansas; Caleb Chwalinski of Oppelo, Arkansas; and Ryane Faulkner (Tyler) of Perryville, Arkansas.

She was a proud and loving grandmother to Jacob Dennis, Emma Dennis, Baylee Milholland, Bryce Milholland, and Coen Gray, each of whom brought her immense happiness.

Sherry found joy in life's simple pleasures. She loved collecting rocks, making crafts, tending to flowers, and spending time outdoors. Whether working with her hands or enjoying nature, she found beauty in the world around her and shared that appreciation with others.

She shared a special bond as a twin with her brother, Mark Boatman, and is also survived by her sister, Debbie Sebastian.

Sherry will be remembered for her kindness, her laughter, and the deep love she had for her family. Though she will be greatly missed, the memories she created and the love she gave will remain in the hearts of all who knew her.

I haven't seen Sherry in years, but we shared a childhood together, from David O. Dodd Elementary all the way through high school. In my memories, I still see Mark and Sherry getting off the school bus, heads together talking about who knows what! They had that twin bond that only twins can explain, I assume. My condolences to all of Sherry's family, friends and especially her twin Mark, the yin to his yang in my childhood memories.

Chwalinski & Boatman Family,

I am so sorry to hear of the passing of Sherry and I will keep you all in my thoughts and prayers. I went to school with her and I considered her a dear friend. Sherry was always fun to be around and being with her there was never a dull moment. I realize there are no comforting words so I hope God wraps his arms around each one of you to ease your pain.

I am so heartbroken to have lost my dear friend. We made so many memories together over the years. We were so close & shared our love for rock hunting, plants & being out in nature. For years we were barely apart. My heart goes out to Leo & her children. I hope you are laughing with those who left before us. Until we meet again, my friend, I forever love you.

I'm so very saddened to hear of the passing of Sherry. I will always carry with me the memories of us when we were in school and spent nearly every weekend hanging out together with our other friends and classmates. Her laugh was infectious.
My thoughts and prayers are with the family at this most difficult time.
