Larry Junior Barrow, 77, of Proctor, Arkansas, passed away peacefully, leaving behind a legacy of love, hard work, and devotion to family.
Born on June 18, 1948, in Hughes, Arkansas, Larry was the son of Oliver and Ethel Barrow. He spent his life rooted in the land he loved, working the farm for most of his years. Farming was more than his occupation ā" it was his way of life, reflecting his strength, dedication, and deep commitment to providing for those he loved.
On April 26, 1969, Larry married the love of his life, Rosemary Barrow. Together they built a life centered on faith, family, and perseverance. Their marriage of many decades was a testament to loyalty and enduring love.
Larry was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother and Uncle. He is survived by his wife, Rosemary Barrow of Proctor, Arkansas; his sons, Jason Barrow (Christina) of Proctor, Arkansas, and Mark Barrow of Proctor, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Michael Allen David Nichols of Proctor, Arkansas, and Joseph Lee Lewis Nichols of Charleston, Mississippi; and his sister, Mary Montcrief.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Oliver and Ethel Barrow; his son, Larry Elliot ''Lee'' Barrow; his daughter, Rhonda Kimberly Holloway; his grandson, Jeffrey Allen Holloway; his sisters, Geneva Campbell and Ann Watkins; and his brothers, James Barrow and Wayne Barrow.
Larry will be remembered for his quiet strength, his steady presence, and the deep love he held for his family. His legacy lives on in the generations he helped raise and the land he tended with care.
