November 19, 1939 - February 18, 2026

Charles Eric ''Chuck'' Stubelt passed away on February 18, 2026, in Batesville, Arkansas, after a period of illness.

Chuck was born on November 19, 1939, in Benton Harbor, Michigan, to Arthur and Julia (Maxfield) Stubelt. He spent most of his early years in the Benton Harbor area.

On June 14, 1969, he married Linda Antes in St. Joseph, Michigan. From this union came their son, Jeremy K. Stubelt, born in August 1974. They were later blessed with twin daughters, Krystal and Kathleen, born on July 1, 1982. Tragically, Kathleen was stillborn, and Krystal passed away on February 1, 1989.

During his years in Michigan, Chuck was employed by Whirlpool for many years. He was a dedicated worker and took pride in providing for his family. In his spare time, he enjoyed hunting and fishing.

Later in life, Chuck moved to southern Missouri, where he married Helen Rhodes. Together they enjoyed their retirement years in Gainesville, Missouri. Helen preceded him in death on December 23, 2025.

Chuck is survived by his son, Jeremy, and daughter-in-law, Thelma; his sister, Loretta France; and many other family members and friends who will cherish his memory.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his daughters, Kathleen and Krystal; his siblings, Larry and Mary; and his beloved wife, Helen.
