Sherry Ann Ratliff

of Conway, AR

August 7, 1952 - February 27, 2026

She was known by many names such as Momma, Lollie, teacher, mentor, friend but the role she cherished most was loving her people well. She had a gift for making life feel celebratory, whether it was a holiday, an ordinary Tuesday, or a simple dinner at home. If there was an occasion, she decorated for it. If it could sparkle, she adored it. And if someone she loved was involved, she was there in the front row, cheering loudest.

Her grandchildren were her joy and her pride. Whatever they loved, she loved: baseball games and football fields, band concerts and shopping trips, U.S. Pizza dates and everyday adventures. Being their Lollie was her happiest calling.
She lived for sunshine and salt air, for beach trips with the wind in her hair and the top down on her convertible, filled with laughter with and Dan riding along beside her. Time with family and her circle of dear, precious friends filled her days and her heart.

Her home was a haven always open, always welcoming for family, friends, students, and anyone who needed a place at the table. And what a table it was. There were always coordinating placemats, often a thoughtfully placed place card, and a sense that you mattered simply because you were there. She could take even her infamous walking tacos and brownie sundaes and somehow make them feel elegant.

Her smile could light a room, but more than that, her presence made people feel safe, known, and loved. Being with her felt like coming home.

Sherry Ann Norris Ratliff, born August 7, 1952, was welcomed into Heaven by her precious husband, Dan Ratliff; her parents, E.A. and Glynna Norris; and her beloved in- laws, John and Sue Ratliff, on February 27, 2026.

She leaves behind her family who were her greatest pride: her daughters and precious sons-in-law, Natalie and Chad Rawls and Stephanie and Steve Johnston; her loving brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Mark and Melissa Ratliff; her cherished nephew and niece, Blake Ratliff and Katelyn Digby and their spouses Anna Ratliff and Beau Digby, along with their precious children; and the true loves of her life, her grandchildren, Audrey and Collier Rawls and Kale and Cameron Johnston.
She is also lovingly remembered by her most cherished circle of dear and faithful friends, who were family in every way that mattered.

Her legacy lives on in the traditions she created, the beauty she delighted in, the lessons she taught, and the generations she loved so fiercely. To be loved by her was a gift, to carry her love forward is her family's greatest honor.

She will be missed beyond measure and remembered in every glittering holiday, every family gathering, every beach breeze, and every table set with care.
